High level service.

At Elegance Furniture we understand that finding our customer the right furniture, at the right price is, not the end of our job. Our high level service really starts once the order is placed.

Our dedicated delivery professionals will contact you to arrange the convenient time to deliver your order to your property, assembled and arranged to your instruction. Also, we will remove all packaging carefully leaving your property neat and tidy once the job is done.

Please note that if you are not present or in other ways unavailable at the arranged delivery time, then you will be liable to a failed delivery charge before another delivery date is arranged.

 

Delivery time.

Furniture can be delivered Monday to Saturday only, expect for some special deliveries arranged on Sunday for a nominal charge of £25 applicable.

• We offer free keys collect and drop service if you are not available in the property.

• Most of the items are in stock to be delivered same or next day, we will provide confirmation by email or phone if any delay for out of stock.

• We offer free next-day delivery within north London.
